Frequently asked
Vuto, answered plainly.
What it is, how it does real tasks, and how it keeps you in control. Vuto is pre-launch; the waitlist is open.
What is Vuto?
Vuto is a voice-first AI assistant that handles real-world tasks for you, from research to booking to phone calls. You talk to it like you'd talk to a friend, and it takes care of the technical chores end to end. It is currently pre-launch, with a waitlist open at vuto.ai.
How does Vuto actually complete tasks?
Vuto uses a real web browser and makes real phone calls, the same way a human would, instead of relying on a specific API for each service. That means it can work with almost any website or business, not just the ones that happen to have a developer integration. It navigates pages, fills forms, and talks on the phone directly.
Is Vuto safe to use?
Yes, Vuto is built so you stay in control of anything sensitive. Reversible, low-stakes actions happen automatically, but before paying, sharing personal information, confirming a cancellation, or sending a message on your behalf, Vuto shows you the exact action and waits for your approval.
Does Vuto ask before it pays or spends money?
Yes, Vuto always asks first before any payment or spending action. It shows you exactly what it's about to pay for and how much, and it only proceeds after you give a one-tap approval.
What can Vuto actually do? Can you give examples?
Vuto can research options, compare prices, book appointments or reservations, order things, cancel subscriptions, reschedule plans, and fill out forms for you. For example, you could ask it to find and book a dentist appointment, compare flight prices and hold a seat, or cancel a service you no longer use, and it works through the whole task.
Can Vuto make phone calls?
Yes, Vuto can make real phone calls on your behalf when a task requires it. Some businesses and services only respond to a phone call, so Vuto dials, talks, and handles the conversation, then checks with you before confirming anything sensitive that comes out of that call.
How does the approval step work?
Before any sensitive action, Vuto pauses and shows you exactly what it's about to do, then waits for a single tap to confirm. This applies to things like payments, sharing personal information, confirming a cancellation, or sending a message, so nothing irreversible happens without your explicit go-ahead.
What makes Vuto different from ChatGPT, Siri, or a regular chatbot?
Vuto doesn't just answer questions or set reminders, it completes real tasks by browsing the web and making phone calls the way a person would. Most assistants stop at giving you information or require a specific app integration to act; Vuto goes further by actually doing the booking, ordering, or cancelling, with your approval on anything sensitive.
Does Vuto work with services that don't have an app or API?
Yes, because Vuto uses a real browser and real phone calls instead of per-service integrations, it can work with almost any website or business, including small local shops and services with no app at all. If a human could do it online or over the phone, Vuto can generally attempt it too.
What about my privacy and data?
Vuto only acts on your behalf with your direction, and it asks for your explicit approval before sharing personal information as part of any task. As a pre-launch product, full details on data handling will be published alongside launch; in the meantime you can reach the team directly at hello@vuto.ai with any privacy questions.
What does Vuto cost?
Vuto has not published pricing yet, since it is still pre-launch. Pricing details will be shared as the product gets closer to launch, and people on the waitlist at vuto.ai will be among the first to hear.
When will Vuto be available?
Vuto is not live yet and is currently in pre-launch. You can join the waitlist at vuto.ai to get notified as soon as it becomes available.
What languages and accents does Vuto support?
Vuto is being built to understand natural, conversational speech rather than requiring specific commands or a particular accent. Full language and accent support details will be confirmed closer to launch; join the waitlist at vuto.ai for updates.
Can I interrupt Vuto while it's talking?
Yes, Vuto uses full-duplex voice, meaning it listens while it speaks. You can jump in and interrupt it mid-sentence at any time, just like you would in a normal conversation with a person.
Say it. Consider it handled.
