Terms of Service.
These Terms govern access to vuto-code-1, Vuto's OpenAI-compatible API at https://vuto.ai/v1, the Anthropic Messages API at https://vuto.ai/v1/messages, and the Vuto console at https://vuto.ai/console.
1. The Service
Vuto Corp ("Vuto") serves vuto-code-1, an uncensored coding model built on open weights, on rented GPUs through an OpenAI-compatible API at https://vuto.ai/v1 and the Anthropic Messages API at https://vuto.ai/v1/messages. Vuto did not train the base model. Pages under /for and /blog describe a separate voice, browser, and phone product direction; the current service does not place production phone calls, book, pay, cancel, send messages, or change accounts.
2. Accounts and API Keys
You can sign up in the Vuto console using a passkey or an email code. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all requests authenticated with your keys. Vuto stores only each key's prefix and a keyed hash, not the raw key itself. You may rotate or revoke keys in the console at any time.
3. Credits, Pricing, and Payment
Credit packs cost $5, $25 or $100 and add 5, 27 or 115 credits to your account balance. An optional Pro plan adds 25 credits every 30 days for $20, renewed manually. Payments are settled in USDC on Base from the console. Card checkout is not available. API usage is billed on a pay-per-token basis against your prepaid credit balance. Packs do not advertise or guarantee a fixed token count. Because USDC on Base settles on-chain, completed crypto credit purchases are final except where required by applicable law or in the event of a verified settlement error.
4. GPU Availability and Service Level
Inference requests require a running GPU. The API returns HTTP 503 with code model_offline when no GPU is running and HTTP 503 with code model_warming while a GPU starts. Check the live model status before buying credits. Vuto does not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 GPU availability.
5. Customer Code, Outputs, and Responsibility
You retain all rights you hold in the prompts and code you submit. Model outputs are generated automatically by open-weight language models and may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or inaccurate statements. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any generated code or output before executing or deploying it.
6. Acceptable Use and Suspension
Your use of the service must comply with the Vuto Acceptable Use Policy. To prevent abuse, Vuto retains the latest message text of each API request for up to 30 days. Vuto may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy, threaten infrastructure stability, or attempt unauthorized access.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vuto Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, and Vuto's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Vuto in the 30 days preceding the claim.
